As a DC Associate Driver, you will support the team in delivering efficient and smooth service with excellent following our best practice and routines, in line with set targets for service, efficiency, cost & sustainability.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Ensure an efficient and effective product flow by following our operational routines in your everyday work which includes but is not limited to:
- Unloading and sorting garments arriving daily by truck or container
- Picking, allocating, inducting, and packing the right number of garments and/or products for our customers
- Shipping garments and products to our customers
- Process returns ensuring the correct refund is issued to our customers
- Stay informed about current campaigns and activities to maximize sales opportunities
