Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Dealer Relations Manager, the Dealer Relations Analyst is a developmental position to evaluate the individual suitability to become a Field associate.
The incumbent is responsible for all operational matters of Group 1 & 2 Auto Dealer Business and Powersports Dealers to strengthen and support the brand while ensuring attainment of all Key Performance Metrics, dealership profitability, customer satisfaction and lifetime owner loyalty.
The Dealer Relations Analyst will be the frontline contact and the key liaison with the Powersports Dealers and Honda/Acura Auto Group 1 and 2 dealers via virtual contact to ensure the overall objectives of Honda are achieved and Honda Brand Image is protected.
This individual will also provide support to the Field Operations Manager and Senior Dealer Relations Manager as well as administrative function in the zone office.
