Role
The Defined Benefit Client Manager (DB CM) is responsible for overseeing daily operational performance for assigned client(s). They manage operations teams to provide quality administrative services and collaborate with support areas such as technology and customer care. Additionally, the DB CM serves as the primary contact for clients regarding daily service delivery. They will also assist the Senior Client Manager/Client Leader in delivering top‑notch solutions.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing expert knowledge of Canadian Defined Benefits to interpret complex client requirements.
- Addressing questions related to unique situations, participant inquiries, client escalations and requirements.
- Driving stable and consistent delivery from internal and external partners. Also using data to influence standardization and process innovation.
