Location: Bogotá, Colombia.
We are seeking a Demand Generation Representative (DGR) to support outbound selling efforts with prospective customers across Latin America. In this role, you will identify new customer sales opportunities, understand customers' business issues, and demonstrate how Amazon Web Services solutions can address those issues.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attain daily activity metrics – outbound calls, decision maker contacts, leads qualification.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills through all levels of communication.
- Ability to penetrate target accounts to provide access for our sales teams.
- Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided by AWS services.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
- Accelerate customer adoption.
