Reporting to the Senior Field Service Manager, this role requires a blend of mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills. You will ensure that Dematic equipment is functioning at peak performance levels, characterized by effective maintenance practices. Your proactive approach will uphold customer goodwill and diminish service downtime through thorough record-keeping and timely repairs.
