Overview
We are looking for a skilled demolition worker with breaking experience for renovation sites in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Experience with jackhammers is required; experience with diamond tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Demolish bathrooms and partition walls on renovation sites in the Greater Helsinki area (apartment renovations).
Qualifications
- At least two years of demolition experience with ability to work efficiently without supervision
- Valid professional safety card (työturvallisuuskortti) – if not available, must be obtained before starting work
- Good Finnish language skills
- High work ethic and ability to work independently while ensuring quality
- Good social skills and ability to work well with others
- Experience with jackhammer use; experience with diamond tools is a plus
