What you’ll do

• Set and oversee the visual standards of apparel and footwear.
• Coach, mentor, and develop the department team, providing ongoing feedback, setting expectations, and conducting huddles, meetings, and coaching sessions.
• Build and manage a daily game and sales plan for the department.
• Develop individual development plans for full‑time staff to improve performance gaps.
• Develop and maintain a positive work environment and drive exceptional customer experience.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering relationships with customers and staying updated on sports and sporting goods trends.
