Overview
Delaware's Attorney General, the State's chief law enforcement officer, leads efforts to combat crime, uphold civil rights, safeguard families, fight fraud, and protect consumers. The Office supports Deputy Attorneys General with teams across Criminal, Civil, Family, Fraud and Consumer Protection, and Civil Rights and Public Trust Divisions. The Office employs more than 500 staff dedicated to serving Delawareans with integrity and passion. Deputy Attorneys General work with criminal special investigators, victim service specialists, paraprofessionals, and administrative staff to prosecute criminal cases, enforce consumer laws, counsel state agencies, ensure open government access, protect the abused, and more.
