Leading and managing fundraising efforts, including preparation and presentation of pitch materials, investor communications, and negotiating terms with Limited Partners (LPs).Creating the conditions for fundraising success such as developing compelling fund narratives, preparing offering documents, and coordinating the legal closing and capital call processes.Building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective LPs, including institutional investors, family offices, and other capital sources.Engaging directly with LPs to close major fundraising commitments and provide ongoing transparency and reporting that supports continued investor confidence and future fundraising cycles.Originating transactions by sourcing new investment opportunities, networking extensively within target industries, and leveraging a strong deal pipeline.Leading initial due diligence and deal evaluation efforts to...
