Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Deputy Security Manager to support the Security Department. In this key leadership role, you will ensure the protection of company assets, people, and operations by overseeing site security programs, emergency response, investigations, and surveillance systems, while mentoring and guiding a large, diverse security team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Lead and coordinate security operations across the mine site:
- Support the Security Manager in daily operations, including task allocation, supervision, and ensuring seamless workflow across Operational, Technical Systems, and Investigation teams.
- Oversee team activities to maintain strong communication, alignment, and cooperation across all units.
