Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables'-Efficient management of production operations of Gear & shaft line machining cell. -Production Planning and sequencing to achieve daily production plan, for optimum output and daily schedule adherence. -Manpower & machines/stages planning.-Ensure line balancing and takt time compliance.-Machining Process trouble shooting, Breakdown and Root Cause Analysis Reports.-Responsible for tool cost reduction as per set targets-Ensure adherence to quality standards and zero-defect culture.-Monitor in-process inspection and final quality compliance.-Ensure quality improvements by reducing rework/ Rejection/ throwback-Strong focus on Daily work Management -Drive and implement management systems and initiatives such as TPM, 5s, KAIZEN.-Good industrial relations to ensure harmonious work environment and maintain good ER and develop the skill of the associates.-Maintain shop floor discipline and ensure adhe...
