During OT 1. Check blood reports, take consent, draw hair line, give anaesthesia, along with monitoring BP and if there is any kind of medicines needed take care of that also 2. Emergency medications should to be present in the OT and that shouldn’t be expired 3. Taking care of the grafts, like always preserves the grafts in the refrigerator and after segregation there should no graft in the trolley also at the time of implantation. 4. Instruct technician grafts should be segregated without fat tissue and to be implanted on the crown part 5. Give frequent breaks to the patient 6. Ask about pain discomfort and measures blood pressure frequently during the surgery 7. Start surgery only after cannula fixation 8. Keep watch on all steps like sensitivity blood pressure bleeding issues hypertension hypotension hypo glycaemia, hyperglycaemia, etc. 9.
