About the Role
Under the supervision of the Commercial Director – Design Agreements, the incumbent is responsible for the administrative management related to the preparation and implementation of professional services agreements (architecture, engineering, and specialized services) for Pomerleau’s projects, throughout both the proposal phase and the project execution phase.
What You Will Do
- Prepare agreements based on corporate templates and incorporate modifications throughout negotiations, as well as develop the specific content required for each agreement (e.g., scope of services, schedule, fee breakdown, etc.).
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to obtain the required documents and information to be included in the contract.
