Work from the customer's location in Montreal from day one, fully on‑site, handling Windows 10 & 11 administration, image management, and deployment tasks.
Job Requirements
- 100% WFO support on Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- Expertise with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) components.
- Experience with Operating System Deployment (OSD/MDT).
- Software distribution and hardware/software inventory management.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow ITSM, Incident Management, and ITIL concepts.
- MS Office support and remote support experience.
- Experience managing iOS, Windows, and Android devices across a global environment.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management and antivirus solutions.
