We are currently seeking a Desktop support-Windows operating system to join our team in Montreal, Quebec (CA-QC), Canada (CA).
This role is to provide onsite support for end users, for tickets and issuesat a client site. The technician will have the responsibility to own theissues through resolution.
Position Overview:
• Individuals here have a well-rounded knowledge of the policiesand procedures for their work area.
• Their work may require discretion and independent judgmentfor non-routine matters. However, the primary focus of workactivity is predominately routine.
• They may make policy recommendations to their managers andbe an escalation point for less experienced team members.
• Performs troubleshooting, parts replacement, systemsupgrades, deployment and repair on desktops / notebooks.
