Job Description
Lead and manage European admissions and counseling operations across all branches. Develop and implement strategies to achieve student enrollment, revenue, and business growth targets. Supervise, mentor, and train Student Relationship Managers/Counselors to ensure accurate and high-quality counseling. Monitor team performance, conversion ratios, and branch-wise admission targets, providing regular feedback and support. Ensure complete and accurate guidance on admissions, eligibility criteria, scholarships, visa processes, and documentation for European countries. Build and maintain strong relationships with European universities, institutional representatives, and recruitment partners. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student demand to identify new business opportunities. Resolve escalated student and parent concerns while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
