This role blends hands-on technical leadership with people, process, and project management, working closely with the CTO, product stakeholders, and distributed development teams to deliver high-quality software. The Development Manager oversees code quality, release management, DevOps practices, and the thoughtful adoption of AI-driven development approaches while supporting a fully remote, globally distributed team.
