About The Role
- Full lifecycle project management – lead all aspects of development projects, including budgets, schedules, design coordination, permitting, construction interface, and delivery.
- Stage gate leadership – drive projects through internal stage gates, ensuring criteria are met for approval and advancing projects through the development lifecycle.
- Financial accountability – develop and manage pro‑formas, project budgets and cost reports in collaboration with Finance and Accounting teams.
