This position is ideal for Developmental Service Workers (DSW) seeking full-time or part-time contract opportunities supporting adults with complex mental health and behavioural needs across Smiths Falls and Brockville. About the Opportunity
You will be supporting a community-based mental health and addictions organization delivering 24/7 care across residential group homes, treatment programs, and supported living environments. Clients may present with complex mental health needs, addictions, and dual diagnoses, requiring consistent, hands‑on support.
