Responsibilities
- Help dieticians or nutritionists on planning nutrition program
- Plan menus and diet for individuals or groups under direction of dietitian or nutritionist
- Assist in supervising personnel who prepare and serve food
- Help patients complete menus
- Assist dietitians with research in food, nutrition and food service systems
