Southbridge Care Homes is seeking a Dietitian Consultant to deliver support and expertise to our portfolio of LTC and Retirement homes in any location across Ontario. Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, the Dietary Consultant will have the opportunity to visit each Southbridge Care Home and provide consultative support on a routine basis.
