Southbridge Care Homes is seeking a Dietitian Consultant to deliver support and expertise to our portfolio of long‑term care and retirement homes across Ontario. The Dietary Consultant will report to the Vice President, Operations and will visit each Southbridge Care Home to provide consultative support on a routine basis.
