Execute daily asset ingestion into AEM based on approved workflows and standardsValidate file types, naming conventions, resolution, and asset readiness prior to uploadOrganize assets into the correct folders, collections, and project structuresSupport bulk upload and batch tagging activities as neededApply metadata, taxonomy, and keyword standards consistently across asset typesMaintain accurate version histories for all creative, marketing, and product assetsEnsure smart tags, required metadata fields, and rights information are complete and correctIdentify gaps or inconsistencies and escalate issues to the AEM Digital Assets ManagerConduct routine QA checks to ensure assets meet brand, creative, and technical specificationsMonitor usage of rights compliance (e.g., talent, stock, licensing expiry dates)Flag non-compliant assets and coordinate remediation a...
