Role Overview
The Global Medical Education Digital Learning & Platforms Solutions Administrator supports and maintains a customer‑facing digital ecosystem that enables Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to access high‑quality medical education and resources, reinforcing the safe and effective use of S+N technologies and solutions across all Business Units (Sports Medicine, Orthopaedics, Wound Management).
This position is responsible for the administration and interface localization of platform-related features and informational content, as well as coordination of operations and support for localized educational content (with subject matter experts retaining primary ownership and qualifications), content governance and operational support for S+N Academy Online (Japanese version), a Totara-powered LMS serving external global healthcare professionals, along with its broader ecosystem.
