Objective
Support the Direct Purchasing team in supplier management and purchasing processes while gaining hands-on experience with suppliers, internal teams, and key procurement platforms. This internship offers the opportunity to develop valuable knowledge and build a career in Purchasing.
Main Responsibilities
Coordinate and participate in meetings with suppliers and internal teams, building strong professional relationships.Follow up with suppliers and maintain updated information in EcoVadis, JAGGAER, and internal purchasing systems.Support supplier onboarding, evaluation, and information-update processes.Track pending activities and help ensure supplier requirements are completed on time.Assist the Direct Purchasing team with processed documentation, reports, and daily activities.Participate in discussions about suppliers, purchasing processes, and improvement opportunities.
