Job Title: In-Home Staff (HCBS Provider)
Hourly Rate : Respite $16, Attendant Care- $16.25, Habilitation- $18.25
Shifts Needed : Multiple
Job Status: Part Time
Work Locations: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, and Cave Creek
Driving required: Yes
