Job Description
Microsoft Technology Account Lead (MTAL) – Senior Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technology relationship owner for assigned client accounts.
- Partner with clients to understand business priorities and translate them into Microsoft‑led technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Act as a trusted advisor across Microsoft platforms, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics, Power Platform and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with account leadership, sales, and delivery teams to shape and support technology‑led growth opportunities.
- Drive technology governance, architectural alignment, and lifecycle planning across client engagements.
- Engage directly with Microsoft account teams to align client strategy, roadmaps, and innovation opportunities.
