Reporting to the AVP, Recruiting & Strategic Growth, the Director, Advisor Recruitment is accountable for the national execution and performance of Sun Life Financial Distribution’s advisor recruitment efforts, with a direct focus on delivering advisor appointment targets and strengthening conversion outcomes across the recruitment funnel.

- Execute national recruitment plans aligned to SLFD growth priorities and advisor appointment targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop Advisor Recruitment Consultants to consistently achieve individual and regional targets.
