Position Overview
We're hiring a Director of Brand Design to lead the brand design team across all of Scribd, Inc. This is a new role, and it comes at a moment when brand design is becoming increasingly important to how we build and evolve our products.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Brand Design team – manage and mentor a small team of brand designers, define standards, provide feedback, own career development and performance management, and contribute directly to design work.
- Build systems and scale brand design – develop and maintain scalable brand systems, templates, and guidelines across all five brands; bring consistency and quality to brand expression across product, marketing, and corporate surfaces; partner with Marketing and Product; build processes; identify opportunities to use AI.
