This role is a hybrid position, requiring Tuesdays and Wednesdays in-office in our Toronto, Ontario, CA location.

As a Client Activation Sales Director in our Scaled Business Success (SBS) team, you will guide a successful team focused on helping prospective, new, and churned clients in our small business segment. Through regular, outbound interactions, your team will educate clients on the value proposition of Indeed and present opportunities to help them be successful in using Indeed’s products and services.

You will be a director who can recruit, train, develop and inspire a team while balancing opposing priorities in a vibrant, results‑oriented work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Motivate the team to hit all weekly and quarterly KPIs
  • Hiring, mentoring and developing the team

  • Oversee team schedules and time off
