Position Overview The Director, Corporate Financing will contribute to the growth of BDC’s Corporate Financing portfolio by sourcing, developing and recommending high‑quality transactions in accordance with BDC credit policies and risk parameters. The incumbent will act as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, deliver outstanding customer relationships, identify business sectors with significant growth potential, and structure opportunities for entrepreneurial financial or consulting needs. The incumbent will manage account and influencer relationships to grow BDC Corporate Financing assets and ensure an excellent risk/return ratio aligned with BDC profitability objectives.
