Group IPS is looking for a MEP Manager at one of the Group's Companies
Based in Madrid, the candidate will manage the building services team within a group dedicated to the design of building projects and will coordinate with the group’s structural and architectural teams.
Profile
Your responsibilities may include:
• Leading the facilities team, coordinating staff, managing projects and clients, as well as coordinating with other departments within the group: architecture, structural engineering, etc.
• Managing and supervising building facilities projects, including mechanical, electrical, lighting, plumbing, sanitation, fire protection, and other related systems.
•Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure the proper integration of MEP systems within the overall project.
