Job Description
The RM Senior Manager is responsible for management of bankers and multiple aspects of sales within the function. They lead an existing team of relationship managers and manage integrated sales and relationship programs for commercial clients, drive client‑centric solutions to differentiate Citi in the marketplace, and achieve substantial growth targets for the business. The role may manage plans, budgets and financial controls to meet strategic objectives and ensure critical scorecard metrics are achieved. Success depends on partnership with other Citi businesses, risk, compliance, product specialists, relationship managers and relevant groups.
