+ Spotting the next big opportunity: identifying new hotel projects—conversions, new builds, or rebrands
+ Building powerful relationships with owners, investors, developers and partners
+ Turning ideas into deals by structuring, negotiating and closing agreements
+ Analysing and unlocking project potential with feasibility and valuation insights
+ Owning the full deal lifecycle from outreach to approval
+ Coordinating internal teams to bring deals to life...
