Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops, controls, and monitors key expense accounts and staffing levels to ensure profit plan guidelines are maintained. Investigates significant variances from predetermined standards and budgets by contacting or visiting station locations, and recommends a course of action to resolve related issues.
- Ensures the constant and optimum utilization of resources within the country, including fleet, equipment, facilities, and employees.
- Maximizes cost recovery related to fleet damage incidents, optimizes claims processes, and ensures compliance with insurance, legal, and contractual requirements.
