Position Summary
:The Director of FP&A is a strategic and operationally minded individual leading our planning, forecasting, and performance management processes. This role will partner closely with Vice President of FP&A and cross-functional leaders to drive financial rigor, optimize resource allocation, and support data-driven decision-making. In a SaaS environment, this leader will be required to have a good understanding of ARR/MRR reporting, customer economics, unit economics, and insights that inform growth, retention, and profitability.The ideal candidate will have experience in financial modelling and management of several complex FP&A cycles (budgeting, forecasting), as well as a focus on data, systems, and business insights.
