The Director, Global Technical Accounting & Reporting will own and set the company’s global technical accounting strategy and governance framework, ensuring alignment with enterprise financial objectives and evolving regulatory requirements. The role will govern enterprise-wide application of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and internal standards, proactively managing financial reporting risk and driving global consistency. It will define technical accounting positions for complex transactions, establish company-wide guidance, and oversee consolidated internal and external reporting.
