Job Overview
The Director, HCC CA/LATAM Regional Lead is responsible for leading and overseeing the Healthcare Compliance strategy and effective execution of the Compliance Program across the Canada and Latin America (CA/LATAM) region for DePuy Synthes. The role serves as the Compliance Officer for the local market/cluster, providing end‑to‑end strategic and operational compliance leadership.
This role partners closely with regional and country commercial, medical, and functional leaders to enable ethical business growth while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. It is a highly visible leadership position with broad regional impact, offering the opportunity to shape compliance strategy in a complex and diverse regulatory environment while supporting innovation and patient access across Orthopedics.
