:As the Director of Human Resources, you will be accountable for all HR, Payroll, and Health & Safety functions across the national organization. Reporting directly to the President, you will provide governance, structure, and leadership through an important period of organizational change. You will be a key strategic advisor while also being highly visible in the field - meeting teams face-to-face, supporting leaders, and driving consistency across branches in multiple provinces.
