Job Purpose
Director, Insights & Revenue Growth Management leads multi‑disciplinary analytic and insights capabilities at High Liner Foods. This leader spearheads the development of best‑in‑class consumer and category management insights and revenue management capabilities, converting these insights to actionable recommendations to drive growth and profit for the High Liner business and our customer partners. This unique opportunity allows the Director to create, deploy and execute RGM strategies working collaboratively with cross‑functional business partners, including the development and implementation of strategic frameworks, governance routines, and analytic tools that enable us to deliver actionable recommendations with positive return. In this high‑impact role the incumbent works collaboratively with cross‑functional stakeholders, driving results and creating solutions.
