The Canadian Public Accountability Board oversees public accounting firms that audit Canadian reporting issuers. We promote audit quality through proactive regulation, robust audit assessments, dialogue with domestic and international stakeholders, and practicable insights that inform capital market participants and contribute to public confidence in the integrity of financial reporting.

PositionDirector, Inspections — join our inspections team in either Toronto, Montreal or Vancouver.
ResponsibilitiesConduct inspections of audit firms (both public company audit files and the Firm’s system of quality management) in accordance with CPAB’s inspection methodology. This will include engaging in discussions with audit Firm’s engagement teams and Firm’s leadership.
