We are seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented Director, Insurance Operations – In‑Force Modernization to lead and accelerate the modernization of our In‑Force organization.
What you will do
- Drive the end‑to‑end process modernization roadmap for In‑Force operations in alignment with the Insurance and technology roadmap
- Lead the coordination and delivery of the In‑Force Modernization Task Force
- Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans, milestones, and deliverables
Strengthen Governance & Delivery Discipline
- Support strong governance, structure, and reporting frameworks
- Ensure clear prioritization, accountability, and visibility across initiatives
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines as the Insurance Operation stakeholder
