The Director of Maintenance & Logistics is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the strategy, performance, and evolution of Element’s core maintenance offering in Mexico. This role oversees operations supporting 85,000+ vehicles, managing 25,000+ monthly service orders, and ensuring service quality across a network of 3,000+ maintenance providers. The director ensures operational excellence, client satisfaction, and scalable growth while driving uptime performance, digital transformation, and AI adoption across the function.
