As Director – Mission Critical & Data Centers (Electrical) , you will play a defining leadership role in delivering high‑performance, resilient, and future‑ready data center solutions across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. Embedded within WSP Canada’s Data Centers Centre of Excellence, this role blends technical excellence, strategic leadership, and business growth to support hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise clients in one of the fastest‑growing sectors in the industry.
Your Impact
- Lead mission‑critical electrical design delivery for large‑scale data center projects, including hyperscale, AI‑ready, and colocation facilities.
- Act as the Electrical Subject Matter Expert, guiding technical direction, standards, and governance across complex programs.
- Drive project success through strong oversight of scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
