Job Description
Jetson is hiring a Director of Licensed Installer Operations to build and lead the external installer network across North America. You will design, recruit, certify, and manage partners end-to-end while collaborating with Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Product to hit installer capacity and quality OKRs.
You will own the QA framework, permit strategies, and contractor compensation, traveling up to 75% to establish standards and drive performance across markets.
