Director of Annual Giving

The Director of Annual Giving provides leadership and strategic direction for Florida Tech’s annual giving and alumni participation efforts. Reporting to the Vice President of Philanthropy, this position is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, multichannel annual giving program that increases donor participation and annual fund revenue while strengthening a culture of philanthropy across the university. The Director plays a critical role in donor acquisition, retention, and engagement; collaborates extensively with campus partners; and supports institutional campaign priorities through participation-focused fundraising initiatives.

Responsibilities Include:

Lead a comprehensive, multi-channel annual giving strategy—including direct mail, digital outreach, giving days, and volunteer-driven initiatives aligned with institutional goals to support a multi-year plan to increase donors and dollars for the Florida Tech Annual Fund.
