About the Role

War Room is looking for an experienced Director of Business Development to join our growing team! Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will be responsible for driving new business revenue through strategic prospecting, relationship development, consultative selling, and closing high-value client partnerships.

As a key member of the Sales team, you will help identify new market opportunities, refine our go-to-market approach, and accelerate War Room's growth trajectory.
