Job Overview
Beyond operational excellence, this role has a strong mandate to drive growth within existing client accounts. The incumbent will expand business opportunities by leveraging service performance, proactive engagement, and strategic capacity planning. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep understanding of supply chain management, logistics, carrier management, and a proven ability to cultivate and expand client partnerships in close collaboration with Sales, Account Management, and Carrier Sales teams.
