JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a licensed Director of Engineering to lead our Austin, Texas office. This role will be instrumental in building and growing our Texas business unit, with direct responsibility for overseeing departmental operations, driving client relationships, and providing strategic leadership. The Director will serve as the primary leader for regional growth and execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with contractual obligations, codes, and company standards.
The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of experience in Civil, Structural, Construction, or Architectural Engineering, along with a proven track record in business development, team leadership, and project delivery. This position offers the opportunity to establish and expand our Texas presence while collaborating closely with executive leadership.
