Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a small finance team responsible for payroll and accounting functions, while maintaining a hands‑on approach.
- Manage month‑end close processes, including preparation of financial statements, reporting and performance analytics.
- Complete various government reporting requirements related to funding and compliance.
- Develop forecasting models and “what‑if” scenario analyses to support strategic financial planning and decision‑making.
- Lead year‑end audit preparation and coordination.
